  • Description
Leptin(22-56),human is a peptide fragment of Leptin, which ACTS through a variety of subtypes of Ob-Rs.(In Vitro):Leptin (22-56), human is the fragment of leptin, inhibits corticosterone production, but shows no effect on the proliferation of cultured adrenocortical cells. Leptin (22-56) may be responsible for the direct inhibitory effect on secretion and growth of leptin on cultured rat adrenocortical cells. Leptin (22-56) inhibits food intake, and may favour erythropoiesis.
